What’s happening?
What’s not happening! We’re thrilled to be working with Adam from The Tribe to develop a set of educational videos for our clients. We get SEO, but we also get that most people don’t! Small business owners are good at what they do, it’s their passion and livelihood after all. And we’re good at we do, and that’s SEO-based websites. We hope the videos we are having created will demystify this topic a bit more for our clients. This month we’ve also written a blog post about SEO – would your small business website pass our test?
Meanwhile, Karl has been on the road again to Warrnambool, presenting to accounting firm Sinclair Wilson about having an effective online presence and he’s also been meeting with various other clients. Warrnambool clearly likes us because each time we visit the weather turns it on and the sun comes out!
Our senior web developer is off to Brisbane this weekend to attend a WordPress conference and numerous other staff are studying to upskill in our fast-moving industry. In other news:

Call Assist chose to upgrade its website to a modern, responsive design. Call Assist is an Australian-based inbound and outbound call centre, taking care of your telemarketing campaigns, surveys, customer service requirements and is even a qualified level 1 and 2 IT help desk.
The business goes out of its way to understand your consumers/audience/products/processes in order to provide a high-level of service in every instance. GOOP writes SEO-focused blog posts for Call Assist and as a result it has received work from an international client.
