Email marketing is a powerful form of marketing, and in our opinion, is something all businesses can implement into their online marketing strategies. With wonderful online programs such as MailChimp, which allow you to send bulk email to your database of customers, it’s something which is easily accessible by small business owners. You don’t have to have a huge marketing budget to send bulk branded emails to your database either, many online programs are free up to a certain point. For example, MailChimp’s Forever Free plan lets you send up to 12,000 emails to a list of up to 2000 subscribers each month! We wrote a more in-depth blog post for you with seven tips for sending effective email marketing campaigns.

GOOP featured site

WA Timber Products is based approximately one hour outside of Perth and specialises in the harvest and supply of timber and timber products, including Jarrah, Pine, firewood and sawdust. WA Timber Products engaged GOOP to build them a website which featured a responsive website design with the ultimate video integration! The client supplied us with a video of their sawmill in action and we used it as a core element in the website’s design.

The video loops continuously in the background on desktop computers and tablet devices, while due to obvious screen space restrictions, a still image is displayed in the background on mobile phone devices. The screenshot above simply doesn’t do it justice, you must see it for yourself!

GOOP client benefits

At GOOP, we encourage you to take control of your online presence! We do this by providing you with the tools, training and advice you need to implement an online strategy for your business. A major part of this is providing you with access to your website’s Content Management System known more commonly as the “CMS”. This means you can log into the “back end” of your website to add and update content. If your business will be operating revised business hours over Christmas it’s a good idea to let your customers know! Log into your CMS and update your contact page with any extended hours or closures around the Christmas and New Year period.
