The Support People, previously known as Next Step Disability, is an organisation of people working together to provide individualised NDIS support to the disadvantaged, delivered with a sense of warmth and friendliness, so that people with disabilities can live the life they want. The Support People came to Goop Digital for website design and development as well as a full brand strategy, logo and style guide for their Ballarat-based business.
Challenge
Approach
Considering the nature of the disability support industry, it was decided that we would take the creative route for the branding and website design and develop a series of illustrations to personify The Support People’s main target audience, without alienating, profiling, typecasting or minimising one individual from another. An important element of the website is the ‘referral’ form which allows users to sign up for themselves or a loved one for support services, such as daily living skills and home maintenance.
Results
We at Goop Digital love transforming brands to reflect the personality and spark that they hold inside. This project, which included a full logo and brand style guide, as well as custom illustrations, was no different. Not only did we work to help the company develop a strong consistent look and voice in the industry, but provided them with a responsive website that users could easily find and use. Overall, a successful end result with a satisfied client that our team are very proud of.
