Bardfield Engineering is owned and operated in Perth, designing, manufacturing, and installing sporting equipment such as football, hockey, and soccer posts and basketball towers for schools, councils, and sporting clubs across Western Australia. The website of this long-term GOOP Digital client was starting to look a bit dated and needed a refresh.

Approach
We wanted to make the website design’s look and feel to be more modern, incorporating elements such as a clean layout on all pages, content transitions/movement, and a rotating banner. We also ensured responsiveness on all platforms.
Results
The website upgrade proved to be more than for aesthetics and better usability, but also to increase rankings and visibility on Google. After the upgrade, the website had a 27% increase in visibility, from 65% to 92%, had 66% of its traffic coming from Google searches, and 92% of website visits from new visitors.
