* This offer is only made to small businesses with an eligible ABN
* This offer is strictly limited to the first 5 callers who organise a meeting prior to the 03 March, 2010 and agree to proceed with
"nothing to Pay until your website delivers 100 Unique Visitors".
* As part of your "nothing to pay " Goop will;
o Register your domain name
o Build a complete website (Maximum of 6 Pages
o Optimise the website for Search Engine visibility
o Provide you with a maximum of 5 emails
o Websites will be subject to our standard disk space and bandwidth limits as provided in our contract.
o Emails subject to standard limits per our contract.
o This offer is only avaialble on our standard websites and does noyt include items such as shopping carts or others extras
as highlighted on the Goop contract in schedule B.
* 1 domain name per customer (.com.au domain names only, others on request)
* 100 Unique Visitors is based on the in house statisitical data provided with your website Content Managment System. Login
codes and specifics will be provided.
* Goop will notify client when the website is achieving more than 100 unique visitors per month.
* The website development and ongoing hosting fees will be due and payable within 7 days from notification of 100 unique visitors
to your website in any given calndar month
* Domain name will be reigistered for two years. Renewal fees applicable at customers' expense.
* Should the client no longer wish to maintain a website, Goop will host the domain name at no charge. If the client wishes to
keep emails active a fee will be advised.
* Goop will delete any emails should the domain name be transferred from our management.
* Should the client remove the domain name from Goops' reseller account at Meblourne IT or host a website elsewhere Goop
reserves the right to charge a $140.00 fee for the reimbursement of the domain name registration fee.

- As part of your "nothing to pay " Goop will;
- Register your domain name
- Build a complete website (Maximum of 6 Pages)
- Optimise the website for Search Engine visibility
- Provide you with a maximum of 5 emails
- Websites will be subject to our standard disk space and bandwidth limits as provided in our contract.
- Emails subject to standard limits per our contract.
- 1 domain name per customer (.com.au domain names only, others on request)
- Client and Goop to agree on a single keyword and a single geographic location that needs to appear on Google home in teh organic listings before billing is to commence.
- Goop will notify client when the website is appearing on the home page of Google for teh specific search based on key word and geographic location.
- The website development and ongoing hosting fees will be due and payable within 7 days from notification of appearance of your website on the home page of Google.
- Domain name will be reigistered for two years. Renewal fees applicable at customers' expense.
- Should the client no longer wish to maintain a website, Goop will host the domain name at no charge. If the client wishes to keep emails active a fee will be advised.
